The Dayton Area Polymer Clay Guild and the Columbus Polymer Clay Guild announce the

2009 Buckeye Clay Bash

February 19th through 22nd, 2009

Hope Hotel, Wright-Patterson AFB,

Fairborn, Ohio  45433

The 6th annual retreat co-sponsored by the Dayton Area Polymer Clay Guild and the Columbus Polymer Clay Guild will be Thursday, February 19 through Sunday, February 22, 2009.

The retreat will feature the following:

  • Special guest artist Sue Kelsey

  • Onsite clay store--clay, clay related items and more

  • Pre-retreat orders may be made and orders will be delivered at the retreat

  • 24/7 access to workroom 

  • Silent auction

  • Demos

  • Brown bag swap (participation is optional, but so much fun) Theme swap (same as above!)

  • Hospitality Room with daily Continental Breakfast

Registration Options:

Option A--4 days* (Thursday-Sunday) $130 for members of either guild    $145 for non members      

  • *includes 3 suppers, 2 lunches, and   3 continental breakfasts in Hosp. Rm.  

 Option B--3 days** (Friday-Sunday)  $110 for members of either guild       $125 for non members      

  • **includes 2 suppers, 2 lunches, and 2 continental breakfasts in Hosp. Rm

 

Room reservations must be made with HOPE HOTEL at 937-879-2696. Mention the Buckeye Clay Bash to get the lower retreat rate.

Registration is currently open now through December 31, 2008. Registrations postmarked after that date will incur a $20 service fee. Cancellations requests after January 9, 2009 will incur a $20 service fee. There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations requested after January 31, 2009.
