Registration is now open for the Las Vegas Clay Carnival 2009!
This year's Clay Carnival will be held November 5 - 8, 2009 at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Your instructors will be Donna Kato, Judy Belcher, Leslie Blackford, Kim Cavender, Cathy Johnston, Sue Kelsey, and guest artists Maureen Carlson and Lynne Ann Schwarzenberg. Cost for the Carnival is $485. You'll receive a $50 discount if you make your hotel reservations from our reserved block of rooms at the Imperial Palace. Registration cost covers 8 classes (32 hours of instruction) and our famous pizza party. Additional guest tickets for the pizza party can be purchased for $35 each.  The Tallahassee Guild is happy to announce that Marla Frankenberg is coming to teach in Tallahassee on August 22. She will be doing a combo class: Dotty Canes (& Variations) and Vertebrae Earrings. This will be a one-day class and will include lunch. Price will be approx $100. We are still finalizing location details.

Kathleen Dustin will be teaching New Techiques in Translucent Layering at Fuller Craft Museum Oct 23 thru 24, 2009 and Grant Diffendaffer is also teaching Recursive Beads on Oct 24 and Textured Beads Oct 25. Details available on the website at www.fullercraft.org .
